Operation Resolute 2021

THE CHALLENGE

Operation Resolute (OR) wished to create a hybrid event for 150 people, including both in-person attendance and Livestream viewing. Toward that end, they wanted to create a three-minute video communicating effectively their capital campaign.

THE SOLUTION

Guided Impact

  • Found a unique venue that fit OR’s brand and allowed them to save a significant amount of money

  • Used our connections to find a caterer who provided a 10% discount and a first-rate culinary spread

  • Supplied all of the event’s A/V needs, including a stage, stage lighting, a projector with rear projection, “up lights” throughout the venue, and a professional sound system

  • Secured a country music artist who helped draw people to the event and elevated the experience

  • Created floral arrangements that saved thousands of dollars but enhanced the ambiance

  • Employed a multi-camera Livestream broadcast, with graphics, that allowed remote viewers to watch the event and engage with it

  • Created a video that highlighted the vision for their capital campaign

 

THE RESULTS

Guided Impact raised more than $50,000 at this event, signaling a 20% increase over the previous year’s gross. More than 200 people watched the Livestream broadcast, signifying a major increase in engagement that otherwise would not have happened.
