THE CHALLENGE

NCF wished to create a one-day continuing education conference in two cities, Raleigh and Charlotte, including a livestream component.

THE SOLUTION

Guided Impact handled all event logistics, as well as providing professional A/V equipment and livestream. We created centerpieces with floral arrangements that transformed the event setting into a high-impact venue.

We provided

  • Staging

  • Pipes and draping

  • Up lights

  • A rear projector and screen

  • A professional sound system

We set up an online platform for registrants by which they could join virtually if they were not able to attend in person. We livestreamed the entire conference with multiple cameras and added the graphics and presenter slides that appeared on-screen during the event.

 

THE RESULTS

More than 80 people attended in person, and an additional 50 attended virtually, with several virtual attendees reaching out to share with Guided Impact that it was the best virtual experience they have had.
